HSEQ: Mission

As a responsible corporate citizen and a key link in America’s food chain, our company believes it has a special responsibility to provide consistently safe, wholesome, and high quality feed products that are responsive to the
needs of our customers and maintain the confidence and trust of our American and Foreign consumers.

To help fulfill this obligation, this firm has adopted and implemented a Quality Assurance Program, as detailed in our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

Quality assurance encompasses various stages of the feed manufacturing process - from purchasing and ingredients receiving to the final delivery of finished feed products. Our program helps ensure compliance with the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) current Good Manufacturing Practices, the Food Safety Modernization Act and other applicable federal and state laws and regulatory requirements, including the regulation concerning the use of Restricted Use Protein Products (RUPP) as defined in 21 CRF Part §589.2000.

At our company, quality assurance is a way of doing business, not simply a program. It requires a partnership effort and a continuing commitment on behalf of management and employees. Total quality management makes good business sense. It is one of the ways our firm differentiates its products and services in the highly competitive marketplace in which we operate, something that is vitally important to the continued success of our company and
to those of us who work here.

Management and employees at our company are to familiarize themselves with the aspects of this Quality Assurance Program that apply to their respective areas of responsibility. Employees having questions should contact their immediate superior.
